Job Description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Strategic Pharmacy Advisor. As a Strategic Pharmacy Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and advice to clients in the use and interpretation of our cloud based pharmacy benefit consulting software.

 

Qualifications:

  • Above all else, you must be: a self-starter, intellectually curious, growth minded and possess an insatiable need to be outstanding.
  • 3-5 Years Pharmacy Benefit Management expertise
  • Pharmacy Contract evaluation experience (Underwriting experience a plus)
  • Experience in consulting and project management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically in pharmacy, is a plus

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting
  • as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries.
  • Platform Adoption: Proactively engage with clients to ensure high adoption rates of our
  • platform’s features and functionalities. Provide training and guidance to ensure clients
  • understand how to leverage the platform effectively.
  • Client Success Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each
  • client’s specific needs and objectives. Work collaboratively with clients to identify key success
  • metrics and milestones.
  • Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to address any issues
  • or concerns promptly. Ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and escalations.
  • Product Feedback: Gather feedback from clients regarding platform usability, features, and
  • enhancements. Advocate for client needs internally to inform product development roadmaps.
  • Usage Analysis: Monitor client usage patterns and metrics to identify opportunities for
  • upselling and cross-selling additional services or features.
  • Renewals and Expansion: Proactively manage the renewal process for existing clients,
  • driving retention and expansion opportunities. Identify opportunities for upselling and collaborate
  • with sales teams to capitalize on them.
  • Client Advocacy: Serve as a client advocate within the organization, championing their
  • needs and priorities to ensure their ongoing success and satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team when needed by running demo’s and providing subject matter expertise.
