Welcome to Ringmaster Technologies (“RMT”). As Founder and CEO, I know I speak for all our employees as I proudly inform you about our company and the ideals which we stand for. RMT’s mission can be summed up in three words – Deliver Advanced Technology. Our company enjoys delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that change the way healthcare participants communicate and collaborate with each other.

We are guided by RMT’s vision statement “To create cloud-based tools that deliver value for self-funding experts. By leveraging modernized technology, we will streamline processes in the medical Stop-Loss and Rx ecosystem faster and easier than ever before” which reflects the pride, spirit, and aspirations of our shareholders, board of directors, and employees.

As an introduction to RMT, let me describe our key strengths and strategies. These are the foundations upon which our business relationships are based.

First, I am fortunate to work with a talented group of highly motivated, loyal, and experienced people. Several members of my leadership team have been with the company since its inception. Our typical employee has been with us more since the start – which is remarkable for a business of our size and the competitive technology employment landscape.

Another great strength of our company is to focus on the latest technology trends and investment in Innovation. Today, we are one of the leaders in creating cutting edge of the next generation of healthcare business process automation. We continue to innovate – with a constant flow of new ideas that keep us on the cutting edge. A notable recent example is the release of “Rx-LinQ”, an engine that pharmacy benefits consulting is performed. This platform will equip consultants with a powerful technology suite that stores data, quickly evaluates complex pharmacy contracts, and provides easy access to a marketplace of PBMs.

RMT and family are synonymous. Our combined reputation means more to us than dollars and cents. Integrity is a by word of how we do business. We have established a world-class board of directors. A majority of the board’s members came from careers outside of RMT, ensuring independent oversight. My Board and I continue to play an active role in the company’s governance and strategies.
